Who We Are
Finnell Architecture is a full-service, design-oriented practice that works across a broad range of project types and sizes: retail, food + beverage, health + wellness, workplace, cultural, hospitality, institutional, industrial, and beyond.
From the initial stages of the project through research, planning and construction, we work with our clients to address every aspect of the process.
Our Approach
We begin our work with a fundamental optimism that architecture presents opportunities to enrich daily life, solve problems, and transcend solutions.
We approach each design with an open mind and look for the creative opportunities with each project and each client and consider each project a direct reflection of a rigorous design exploration.
Our process emphasizes a collaborative approach, where we work closely with our clients throughout the design process and strive to make their visions reality while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Leadership
Our firm is led by founding principal Jeremy Finnell, AIA, NCARB. Jeremy received a Master of Science in Architecture degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and also holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University.
He is a New York and New Jersey licensed architect, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
Prior to starting Finnell Architecture, Jeremy worked for several prestigious firms, including Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), HOK, and Gensler, where he contributed to the design of award-winning projects in the U.S. and internationally.
